ONCE AGAIN THIS YEAR, WE ARE HOSTING THE 6TH ANITA CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT

The 6th Anita Charity Golf Tournament at the Real Club de Golf El Prat was, once again, a memorable event and a success in terms of participation and solidarity among longtime friends and new participants, who always bring us joy and enjoy discovering this very special sporting event.

This year’s event raised €5,477 from players and “Row 0” donations, all of which has been allocated to childhood cancer research and the improvement of pediatric palliative care.

For any golf lover, being able to enjoy the sport at the Real Club de Golf El Prat and its spectacular course is an incentive in itself. Doing so in such a warm and supportive atmosphere is an added bonus. A million thanks to everyone for making this possible once again, and a very special thank you to the Real Club de Golf El Prat for making it happen every year—ever since the first Anita Charity Golf Tournament, they’ve always been the best partner.

And, of course, thank you to all the companies that make this event such a wonderful celebration—both those that donate products for the delicious and energizing Welcome Pack given to players before the tournament begins so they can tackle the course in top form, and those that donate various gifts for the now-traditional and exciting raffle held each year among all participants after the traditional lunch.

The Anita Charity Golf Tournament is symbolized by a beautiful holm oak planted 10 years ago in memory of Anita, and it is one of the most special and moving events for Asociación Anita. Thank you all for your commitment and support, which is essential for continuing to advance research into childhood cancer and for continuing to improve the quality of life and well-being of the children cared for in pediatric palliative care units.
