i) The Asociación Benéfica Anita is a non-profit entity, incorporated on June 2, 2014, under Law 4/2008, of April 24, Book Three of the Civil Code of Catalonia and Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, and its bylaws.

It is registered under registration number 54.331, section 1ª, of the Barcelona demarcation, at the Direcció General de Dret i Entitats Jurídiques de la Generalitat de Catalunya, Departament de Justícia (General Directorate of Law and Legal Entities of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Department of Justice).

ii) The Association is declared of public utility by Resolution JUS/456/2018, of March 12, published in the Diari Oficial de la Generalitat de Catalunya DOGC of March 21, 2018, being able to apply the special tax regime for non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage (Law 49/2002, of December 23) (BOE of December 24, 2002).
