It has been 9 months since Anita left us, and there are no words to describe how much we miss her and the abysmal emptiness that means not being able to hug her, or laugh, or even fight with her to get better.... nine very hard months of infinite ups and downs. With the help of many people we have been able to continue the enormous task of continuing research, so that no family or child has to suffer what we suffered with Anita.

With a lot of effort and with the help of the tireless team of this association, I have the honor to present you the new project of the Asociación Anita 2015-2020: an international research and training program of the highest level for 5 years for a senior researcher, who will open the project "Germ Cell Tumor" at the Sant Joan de Déu Research Foundation, adding to the 7 projects on "developmental cancer" (childhood) already existing.

It is with great satisfaction that I also present to you the new brand image of the association ... through which we want to bring with your help Anita's fight to every corner of the world, so that all children who randomly have the misfortune to suffer from "developmental cancer", have the hope to come out alive in their brutal fight against the "germ cell tumor", which affects children and teenagers.

The new image has been created by Anita's Uncle, my brother Nicolás (advisor of the association), who has managed to capture the sweetness and strength of Anita, and her little world, in this new logo inspired by a photo he took of Anita one day, when she was dressed up with her accessories and paintings (Anita was a little girl with a very creative and flirtatious inner world).
